We Offer Yoga For Beginners

We all remember our first session. We know it’s the first step to changing your life & are here to support you. We offer true beginner yoga. All you need to do is show up and breathe.

Bikram Beginners Yoga is a set of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, practised in a hot room. It’s taught in a way that it can be done by beginners, people with limited mobility, & people with chronic illness, but is challenging enough for athletes & experienced yoga students.

Floor Yin Yoga is a slower meditative session, with a variety of poses on the floor designed to improve the function & mobility of the body.

We also have other special yoga session types from time to time.

Our students come in all shapes, sizes, age groups, & physical condition. We are happy to welcome new students to the studio. There’s nothing you need to do or be to fit in here.

Most people start to see real benefits in their first few sessions. It can take a few sessions to get used to the heat, but in a short time you’ll start to notice how great you feel.

Our Introductory Trial Membership, $49 for your first month of yoga before you progress to our full membership, is designed to prepare you for a regular transformative yoga practice. So that you can squeeze the juice out of your life - the point of yoga is to make your life outside the yoga room so much better.

We are here to support you on your yoga journey. We want you to live a more pain-free and relaxed life with the help of yoga.

All you need to do is take the first step & sign up for your first session.

Tips To Help You Prepare

  • Registration online beforehand is recommended.

  • Bring a yoga mat, 1-2 large towels & water. You can hire these if you need.

  • Arrive 15 minutes before your first visit so we can welcome you. Chat to your teacher about any questions or concerns.

  • It’s best to practise yoga on an empty stomach. We don’t recommend a large meal 2-hours beforehand.

  • For hot yoga, hydration is important. It’s a good idea to drink plenty of water and have an electrolyte supplement (e.g. Hydralyte, Berocca) or sports drink afterwards if you’re not used to sweating.

  • For more handy tips, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.

  • Your teacher will be available before & after your yoga session to answer any questions.
