Saturday 

  • 8.30am: Bikram Hot Yoga, Yoga ShapeShifting 

  • 12pm: Lunch Break inc. Grazing Platter, time to see the horses 

  • 1pm: Yoga ShapeShifting, Energetic Reset Session, Yin Yoga Sound Healing Experience and Guided Meditation (with Jays) 

  • 5.30pm: Optional Sunset Fireball Party, let your hair down

Sunday 

  • 8.30am: Bikram Hot Yoga (with Jays), Yoga ShapeShifting

  • 11am Energetic Reset Session, Yin Yoga Experience and Closing Circle 

  • 12.30pm Finish 

Lauren’s story

I used to wake up already tight, already tired, needing coffee just to feel normal. My shoulders lived up around my ears,and I didn’t even notice anymore.

Then one day after a hot yoga class, I walked out and realised… I could actually turn my head without stiffness. That hadn’t happened in years.

From there, I layered in Yin and realised how much tension I was holding under the surface. Then I found Yoga ShapeShifting, and everything changed. I literally flew to Nashville with a baby to learn it because I knew this was different.

Now I don’t just “do yoga”. I know exactly how to work with my body when something feels off. Hips, shoulders, back… I’ve got tools for it.

This weekend is everything that changed my body, combined into one reset.
